What is the Engraved Gamebuds Return Policy and Warranty?
Yes, engraved GameBuds are covered under our standard warranty policy. However, please note:

Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the engraving or cancel the order. There is also no 30-day return window for engraved items.

If you receive an item that is defective or the engraving was incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact our Support Team. We'll work together on getting an engraved replacement. 🙏
- If your original product is not engraved, you are not eligible to get a replacement device engraved.
What is the processing time for an engraved item?
Engraving adds an additional 2-3 business days to our standard order processing time.
