Please don't be alarmed - this doesn't mean something happened, but that your Companion App has a new version and needs to be updated. In this case, please make sure to navigate to the App Store and update the app.
If the problem persists, try resetting your earbuds by holding the pairing button for 10 seconds until the LED flashes, then re-pair them with your device.
The second step is making sure that your device is also up to date, so please remember to make sure that your firmware is always updated to the newest one. :)
