How do I disable quickset?

To disable QuickSet, follow these simple steps:

  1. Ensure your compatible device is still connected:
    • Currently, this applies to the Apex Pro TKL 2023 keyboard.
    • The device should be visible via ENGINE in SteelSeries GG.
  2. Open SteelSeries GG
  3. Navigate to SETTINGS
  4. Select the GENERAL tab
  5. Locate the BETA OPT-IN option.

  1. Toggle the BETA OPT-IN switch to the OFF position.

After completing these steps, QuickSet will be disabled for your device.

Note: Disabling QuickSet will revert your device to standard functionality. If you wish to use QuickSet features again in the future, you can re-enable it by following the same steps and turning the BETA OPT-IN back ON.
