While our Web Shop does not offer a direct means of receiving a tax refund, we are more than happy to assist eligible customers/businesses through our manual refund process.
In order to receive a tax refund, you will need to open a support ticket and provide the agent with all of your tax status documents, where they will then be forwarded to our Finance Team for further review.
If you require an additional order invoice to reflect any VAT numbers or Tax IDs, please let us know so that we may coordinate this with the Finance Team.
Once your information is processed and reviewed by our team, we can then disperse a refund back to you, pending your eligibility.
**Please note that while we may be able to refund taxes to eligible buyers, you are still responsible for paying the additional VAT, duties, and/or fees (including customs clearance) charged by the destination country.
