The LOD (Lift Off Distance) on your Aerox 3 Wireless Gen 2 is able to be customized.
You are able to choose from two different lift off distance options. The LOD can be set in the Engine section of our GG software. These are the options that are available to you:

You can take your existing mouse and drag it alongside your new mouse to start the matching process.
GG will detect approximately what DPI you were running at and provide a recommended DPI on the Aerox 3 Wireless Gen 2 that achieves the same cursor movement experience to make onboarding faster to get the right feeling.
This feature works with all other wireless mice, even if it's not a SteelSeries mouse. This cuts down time on switching over to your new Aerox 3 Wireless Gen 2. :)

Here's a quick run through of the differences between a 1K polling rate and a 4K polling rate.
A 1K polling rate allows your mouse to report its position to your PC 1,000 times per second, while a 4K polling rate increases that to 4,000 times per second.
The higher polling rate reduces input delay and provides a smoother, more responsive cursor movement. You'll notice the difference in fast-paced, competitive games considering this is mouse is perfect for them!
Overall, a 4K polling rate will deliver faster communication between the mouse and your PC. This will provide you with a sharper, more precise experience.
