Yes, you can find a replacement dongle on our accessory page and easily re-pair the new dongle to your mouse. In the meantime, you can always continue using your mouse in Bluetooth mode.
This link will take you to the replacement dongle for the original Rival 3 Wireless. It will not work with the Rival 3 Wireless Gen 2.
You will need to download SteelSeries GG to pair your replacement dongle.

The Rival 3 Wireless has a system in place to provide you with the current battery level.
Once the battery level reaches a certain point it will flash orange.

The Rival 3 Wireless has many configuration settings that can improve your battery life. These settings can be accessed in Engine.
These settings can only be changed while the mouse is in 2.4Ghz mode. When the mouse is in Bluetooth mode, it will be automatically set to a polling rate of 125hz and all other settings will be set to their defaults.
If you wish to automatically have the best recommended power saving settings, please turn on \"High-efficiency Mode\" in Engine.
The Rival 3 Wireless rocks a single RGB LED in the scroll wheel, but be warned—it drains a lot of power.
To maximize your playtime, we suggest turning off the LED. (Don’t sweat it; it’ll still blink when the battery's low.) If you prefer to keep it lit, go with the default settings of Illumination Smart Mode and Multi Color Breathe set to \"On.\"
Polling Rate is how often your mouse chats with your PC. Fresh out of the box, the Rival 3 Wireless runs at a blazing 1000Hz. But let’s be real—most gamers don’t need that level for every game. Lowering it to 125Hz can slash power consumption by about 20%. Try it out and see what feels right!
Your mouse is always sipping power until the Sleep Timer kicks in. Keep that timer as short as possible, and hit the power switch on the bottom when you’re done gaming. The default Sleep Timer is set to 5 minutes, but you can adjust it in Engine.
The Rival 3 Wireless is designed to run on 1 or 2 AAA batteries. Using one cuts down the weight, but you’ll need to swap batteries more often.
We also recommend using high-quality batteries for the best performance. Rechargeable batteries work too, but remember they usually pack less juice than disposables, so you might notice a shorter battery life.

When you optionally choose to remove one of the batteries in order to decrease the weight of the mouse it will:
